Job Description:

• Collate, review completeness and record all invoices into the ERP system.
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the invoices are approved in accordance with the group policy.
• Responsible for the weekly payment runs.
• Handle payment and invoices reconciliation
• Responsible for the dedicated email inboxes, and liaising with suppliers as required.
• Update the Accounts Payable process manual as required.
• KPI: Independently manage an efficient AP function; build and maintain a professional relationship with the supplier and internal & external stakeholders.
• Engage with clients/vendor via chat, email, and phone to facilitate timely monthly subscription renewal payments
• Prepare and distribute Statements of Account to clients monthly via ERP
• Organize and coordinate preparation admin document related to warehouse (Inbound and outbound)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor graduate in accounting, finance or other related disciplines (Fresh Graduate)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle vendor or clients interactions effectively
• Detail-oriented and proficient in maintaining accurate records
• Proficient in ERP and using Excel, Google Sheets, including formulas for automations
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture
• Good analytical, critical, and strategic skills
